Fair Time Temporary Positions Available

We are excited to announce that we are hiring for temporary positions for the upcoming Fair Time! If you're looking for a short-term opportunity to work in a vibrant and lively environment, consider applying for one of our available positions. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles.

Available Positions

Office Assistants

Responsibilities: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls, managing email correspondence and ensuring timely responses, drafting and proofreading emails, memos, and other documents, maintaining accurate and organized records and files, scanning, faxing, and photocopying documents, organizing and maintaining office supplies, greeting visitors and providing general information, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with data entry and basic accounting tasks, assisting with minor repairs or maintenance of office equipment, handling payments and providing support to fair management just to name a few.
Requirements: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to operate a cash register, and excellent communication abilities.

Maintenance Staff

Responsibilities: Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of fairgrounds, performing routine maintenance tasks, and assisting with setup and teardown of events.
Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, experience in maintenance or related fields, and a proactive attitude.

Cashiers

Responsibilities: Operating cash registers, handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized checkout area.
Requirements: Basic math skills, previous cashier experience is a plus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ticket Takers

Responsibilities: Checking tickets at entry points, assisting guests with questions, and maintaining a smooth flow of visitors.
Requirements: Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to stand for extended periods.
