The Chowchilla-Madera County Fair has been a cherished tradition since its beginning in 1946. While the faces have changed over the years, the core values, goals, pride, and community have remained steadfast. The fairgrounds are a vibrant reflection of our agricultural heritage and western culture, serving as a gathering place that is deeply woven into the fabric of our community.
In partnership with local businesses and organizations we are dedicated to fundraising and distributing over $850,000 anually in awards, premiums and comissions to the agriculture, 4H/FFA, and education community! We pride ourselves on continuing to grow the livestock program and to bring high quality entertainment and family fun to our community! None of this would be possible without local support!
As a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to fostering a sense of community and supporting local initiatives.
