Are you a local vendor who would like to showcase your locally grown products and handcrafted items at the 2024 Chowchilla Madera County Fair? Then you need to be part of our Hometown Treasures Marketplace – all dedicated to our incredible local vendors! This unique area made its debut at the 2023 Fair and was a big hit!
We are looking for everything from clothing, jewelry, art and more! If it’s local and a great tie to the Central Valley, we’re interested!
The Hometown Treasures Marketplace provides an incredible opportunity to sell your goods at the Chowchilla Madera County Fair in an affordable way that is structured so our local crafters can do so with limited time onsite.
The vendor fee to participate is $200.00 per business, with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is due immediately upon receiving your acceptance letter. Letters will need to be signed and returned with your initial deposit. Additionally, the Chowchilla Fair will hold a 10% commission on your net sales. Lower your fee with volunteer time! For every 3 hours of volunteer time, you will receive a $30.00 credit, with a maximum of $100.00 credit.
