Independent Livestock Exhibitors

The Fair Office will be closed Monday, January 16th and Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Exhibitors who have not picked up ear tags for their MARKET STEER can contact Amanda Schnoor, Livestock Superintendent, at (559) 223-1891 and make arrangements to pick them up.

REMINDER: If you are exhibiting a MARKET STEER you must submit a Bill of Sale and (2) pictures by no later than Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Exhibitors are required to submit (2) pictures, one head shot showing the ear tag that can be clearly read and the second is a side view of the steer. Both pictures must include the exhibitor. Ear tags can be picked up by the exhibitor, their parents, and/or their leaders. Pictures and Bill of Sale must be emailed to livestock@chowchillafair.org no later than January 17, 2023.

UPDATE: A revised 2023 Declaration of Intent to Exhibit form has been posted due to our Fair dates being changed. Independent Exhibitors are still required to submit their entries online. The start of online entries is to be determined. Remember a Declaration of Intent to Exhibit form is used when you are not affiliated with any 4-H Club or FFA Chapter.
